I had a great birthday on Tuesday! Brian and the kids made me a delicious breakfast and then Brian sent me to go to a spa to get a facial and get my hair done. It was so relaxing! Afterward, Papa came over to hang out with the kids so that we could go out on afternoon date. We went to our favorite Thai restaurant in Maple Grove and then we enjoyed a 4 hour hike at Elm Creek Park. It was 73 degrees and sunny! It was a beautiful day to have a birthday! Afterward, we picked up Nadia's cupcakes and Chiplote and celebrated with my Dad and the kids. We had a bonfire to top off the day. Next week my sisters are going to give me an afternoon tea to celebrate, I am so excited!
I remember that every year on his birthday my Grandpa Meyer would always say that he was 39 years old. It is a great age to be! I am so thankful for all of God's blessings and faithfulness in my life.
Brian bought me these gorgeous autumn flowers!
