Happy 4th birthday to our beautiful Greta! Greta is joyful, determined, kind, friendly, and she loves to dance ballet. We celebrated Greta's 4th birthday this weekend and last weekend with family! Yesterday we gave her a unicorn themed birthday party with my side of the family. She loved her unicorn cake and of course opening all of her presents! Her brothers gave her some help with her unicorn piñata which did not want to break! I am so thankful that we could celebrate together. It was wonderful to have Uncle David here too.
On Saturday I took her to a special Frozen brunch where she could meet Elsa and Anna. We had a sweet time together. The weekend before we went to celebrate with the Bossany side. Brian's brother Steve, and Rosie, and Doyle came as well. We had not seen them in years and it was great for them to meet our kids. We also went to see Frozen 2 as a family last week, it was fun for Auntie Karen to join us! Greta's actual birthday will be on Wednesday this week. We thank God for our birthday girl!

I bought a beautiful pink orchid to remember Nana as we celebrated Greta's birthday.
Nana wrote a birthday card for Greta before she went to heaven. We opened it yesterday morning. It was emotional for Brian and I to read it, yet it was a precious moment for us and the kids. After we read it to Greta, she said, "Nana is the best." Yes Greta we completely agree. We told Greta it is her birthday wishes from Nana from heaven. We know that Nana is cheering us all on.
Nana also gave Greta this beautiful American Girl doll before she went to heaven. I remember how excited she was to give it to Greta and to see the thrilled expression on Greta's face. We love you forever Mom/Nana!
Greta was blessed with many gifts for her birthday. Thank you everyone! She got Frozen dolls, a Rapunzel doll, a unicorn dress, a unicorn dress for her American Girl doll, nail polish and lip gloss, a unicorn to play in the bathtub, Play-Doh, books on Noah's art, a book on Frozen 2, a memory game, puzzles, a unicorn stuffed animal and a purse, cards and checks.
We went on a neighborhood walk after the party and Greta fell asleep on Uncle Dave! It was so sweet. She was all worn out from all of the birthday excitement!
