We have been enjoying our summer to the fullest! It has been warm so we have spent many days swimming at the lakes near our home.

A few weeks ago they started breaking ground on our home addition. The kids loved to watch!
Last Friday evening we had a family movie night. The kids were cozy in their pjs and they watched Mary Poppins for the first time. They loved it and it was fun for Brian and I to watch it again!
Last week we had fun having our friends Zack and Jody Gray from the Connect Marriage retreat and Andrew and Janelle over for dinner and a campfire. The kids got along great!

Yesterday I made Puppy Chow for the kids for the first time!
Last week we had a blast at the Vick cabin! We had perfect weather! We spent our time swimming, fishing, and boating!
We had the best time celebrating our 11th anniversary last Saturday! We stayed at a B & B on a riverboat on Harriet Island in St. Paul. We enjoyed walking around St. Paul and eating dinner at WA Frost on the lovely patio.
Last week we had such a fun time with Becky, Danny, and the second cousins! They came over for dinner and we enjoyed a campfire in the evening. The cousins all played together well!
