Eli's Dedication Service

We dedicated Eli to God today at our church, Mercy Vineyard. Baby dedication means that we are choosing to help raise Eli to live for God. It also means that we will need the support of our family and friends to raise him. The service was about loving our children the way that God loves them. That is how Brian and I want to raise Eli. We went up at the end of the service to have family and friends pray for us. Grandpa and Grandma Meyer, Grandpa and Grandma Bossany, Uncle David, and Uncle Jason were all able to join us for this special day. In addition, we felt supported by our small group friends from church who also came up at the end of the service to pray for us. It was a special day for Eli. 

Playdate at the Kimballs House

Our friends Corey and Cherie Kimball had us over along with some of our other dear friends for a playdate. It was a warm day so Cherie pulled out their alligator kiddie pool for the kids to splash around in. The kids had fun and we enjoyed great conversation!

Sara and her 2 month old daughter Ava, Eli at almost 9 months and I, and Jen and her daughter Jovie at  almost 19 months.
