Happy 14th Anniversary!

 We celebrated 14 years of marriage on our anniversary, July 21st. We had two dates that day! We went out to lunch in Stillwater and enjoyed walking by the river. That evening we went out on our boat and had a picnic dinner. It was lovely! I am so incredibly blessed to be married to Brian!

Celebrating Papa and Aunt Karen's Birthdays

We had fun celebrating Papa's and Aunt Karen's birthdays in July. We are blessed to have them in our lives!

We went out to Dancing Dragonfly Winery to celebrate Karen's birthday. It was a delightful evening.

 

Celebrating Mom/Nana

In July we celebrated Nana on her birthday and on her anniversary date of when she went to heaven. On her birthday we made a special breakfast and sang Happy Birthday to her. The kids painted rocks again to put by her gravesite. We also bought some balloons and released them at her gravesite. It was a special time to focus on all of our amazing memories of her. 

On her anniversary date of going to heaven we all went to the gravesite as a family and then Papa took us all out for dinner. It was good to be with family. We miss her every day and we know that our reunion in heaven someday will be so beautiful. Love you forever Mom!

Asa's Baseball Tournament!

We had such a fun baseball season cheering on Asa and his baseball team! They took second place at their baseball tournament! Eli and Asa are excited to play next spring!

 

California Trip Part 3

We had such a wonderful time visiting my cousin Becky and her family at their mountain cabin on Fallen Leaf Lake. It was absoluetly gorgeous and we were thankful to spend three days with them. We enjoyed boating around the lake and taking in the sights. The kids loved playing with their second cousins and created an epic blanket fort together. The kids caught many crayfish and we ate them! We liked ending the days by relaxing in their outdoor hot tub and looking up at the stars. We got to spend the 4th of July together and be apart of the 4th of July boat parade on the lake! On the last day we went swimming at Lake Tahoe and then went to Emerald Bay. So beautiful! It was a special time together. 

The kids enjoyed putting sunglasses on Juniper.
