Mid December

We have been trying to stay warm this past week. It has been so cold! Thankfully it is going to warm up again this week so the kids can play out in all of the snow!

The boys had fun making peanut butter cookies with Dad.

The boys set up a little reading nook. I love that Eli is "reading" The Princess Bride.

Greta is our snuggle bug. She is so much more cuddly than the boys. She will come over and want to sit and snuggle on our laps all of the time. I cherish these sweet moments.

She does well drinking milk out of her cup.

I love her smile!

The boys are always wrestling with each other.

Even though Asa is smaller, he can still hold his own!

Reading with Daddy.

The boys playing in their play fort in the basement.

A few weeks ago Eli asked me if he could sleep over at Papa and Nana's house and the rest of our family stay at our house. After I had a good laugh, I asked Nana and we found a date. Eli was so excited to spend the night at their house all by himself! He told everyone about it.

As Brian was dropping him off he told him, "Daddy you can come in and look at the Christmas tree, but then I need my time with Papa and Nana." He is so direct and honest! He had a wonderful time building, making gingerbread cookies, and reading books with Papa and Nana. When he came home we asked him how he slept. He said, " I can still hear Papa snoring, just kidding!" Eli is such a funny kid and he always makes us laugh. I am glad he had such a fun time.

Greta enjoys playing with her Disney Princess Castle.

Reading with my little loves.

Finger Painting

Greta enjoys looking out our front window.

Brian took the boys to the new glow in the dark mini golf course.

Eli took these pictures of Asa today. We think he did a great job!

Around the House and Duluth Trip

Greta loves to eat spaghetti! She is such a good eater and feeds herself so well.

Relaxing with Daddy.

Greta looks so sweet in her fuzzy pink outfit.

Last weekend we went up to stay in Duluth as a family. It was a special time for all of us! We stayed at an indoor water park, it was fun to see the kids go on the water slides and play in the water. On Sunday we visited our old church and introduced our friends to our three kids! Then that evening we went to Bentleyville, which is a huge outdoor lights walk through. We all greatly enjoyed it and we are planning on coming back next year!

They were excited to get in the pool!

Bentleyville!

I think we were more excited to get a picture with Frosty than the kids...they were a bit scared. Eli is not even in the picture.

Greta took a great nap in the car on the way home yesterday. She was all worn out!

Making Christmas Cookies with Mom

Last week I had fun making Christmas cookies with the boys. They did a great job and of course everyone enjoyed eating them! I love the boys in their Christmas sweaters!

Beginning of December

Brian reading the Moosetache book to the boys. My parents gave the book to them and it is one of their favorites. When we read it to them, there are always a lot of laughter.

Asa was proud of his block tower

Asa loves to get haircuts

One of Eli's projects at school

Asa and Greta are so sweet together.

I love these people. I just wish the picture came out clearer, it is still cute though.

Some more pictures of Eli at school.

Greta likes to play with her balloons from her birthday party.

Asa loves Snapchat filters.

Mommy and Greta Smiles

I was looking through some of my baby pictures and I love that Greta and I have the same smile. We also have a similar face shape. So fun!
