A Visit to the MN Zoo!

We had such an excellent time at the MN Zoo today! We got an early start in order to avoid the crowds and beat the heat. We met up with our friends Corey, Carla, and their son Keegan. Eli had a fun time seeing all of the animals at the zoo. His favorite animals to see were the goats at the petting farm, feeding the giraffes, the prairie dogs, tropical fish, and the bears.

Happy 4th of July!

We had a relaxing 4th of July celebration. We went over to my parents house for a barbecue and had a fun time playing at the park near their home. Daddy, Mommy, Eli, Papa, Nana, and Auntie Karen were all there. Eli still really loves playing with balls; yet we were able to get him interested in going down some of the slides at the park.

Eli's favorite activity right now is having us shoot baskets into the big basketball hoops at parks.

Poor little guy got stuck! Daddy came to the rescue quickly.

Barbecue with the Longs

Yesterday we met up with the Longs for a dinner barbecue at Lions Coon Creek Park near our house. The Longs are friends from church. Shane Long is also a photographer, like Brian, and took some fun pictures of our family. We had a great time together!

Como Zoo

On Monday Daddy and Mommy took Eli to the Como Zoo. Eli loved seeing all of the animals. He especially liked seeing the giraffes, polar bears, and the monkeys.

Later that afternoon, after Eli took a long nap he and I picked out all of the animals we had seen at the Como Zoo that day.

A Visit from Grandma Bossany and Great Grandma Steadman

Last week we had a delightful visit with Grandma Bossany and Great Grandma Steadman. It was Eli's first time meeting Great Grandma Steadman who lives in Ohio. They enjoyed their time playing with Eli.
