Yesterday my sisters celebrated my birthday with a lovely afternoon tea! I love my sisters.
Last week we served with our co-op at Feed My Starving Children. We packed enough meals, along with other groups there to feed 62 kids for a year!
Eli practicing guitar.
Greta and Asa playing maples.
I couple of weeks ago I went on a retreat with moms from my co-op. It was great to make earrings, make a wood working project, eat good food, go for a hike, get a massage, and play games together.
Brian took the kids to a harvest party while I was at a co-op moms retreat for the day.
I helped plan a fun field trip to the Science Museum with our co-op a few weeks ago. I was glad that Brian could join us! We enjoyed the human body exhibits as that we are studying the human body in science class this year. The Omni Theater was amazing and we loved the show Backyard Nature.
Oh Greta and Nels. They are neighbors and best friends. They accidentally ran into each other in gym class at co-op and Greta got that purple bruise on her chin. Nels rubbed his forehead on his new carpet at home because it felt so soft and he gave himself a bad rug burn. My neighbor Angela had to get a picture of them! Thankfully they are both healed up now.
The other night I went over to my small group leader's house for dinner. I am really enjoying my house group from church.
Last week we took the kids to The Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark to celebrate Eli's birthday as a family. We had a blast! We went on the family tube slide together 11 times for Eli turning 11 years old!

Brian and I got out to go Swing Dancing at the Caves again!
We have been listening to The Lord Of The Rings on audio and then we watched all of the videos. Papa came over to watch some of them with us too. The kids can see why they are our favorite movies.
