Papa's Retirement Party and Happy Father's Day

 Last week was full of fun with my brother David and Uncle Jeff in town for the week. Eli and Asa were happy to have the family come to their baseball games, we escaped from an escape room together, we played many games, and we had a wonderful time at Papa's retirement party. Thankfully we had beautiful weather for his retirement party and it was a great turnout with family and friends. 

We had a special time celebrating Brian and Papa on Father's Day. We are so blessed to have them in our lives! It was also Uncle Ben's first Father's Day!

One morning Brian and the boys took Uncle David fishing. They had success!

Man Camp and Girl Time 2022

The boys had another amazing time at the Wellman's cabin for Man Camp with good friends and Greta and I had another awesome girl time with dear friends. The boys had a Top Gun theme for Man Camp, I love their shirts! They enjoyed fishing, axe throwing, flying small airplanes, group games, camp fires, and time together in the woods. Greta and I enjoyed going out to eat for dinner, shopping, getting manicures and pedicures together, having the Wellman girls over to watch the movie Encanto, going out for lunch at Chipotle and meeting up at a park to play with Anna and Sienna, Anna and Bella, and Angela and Lucia, Lydia, and Lelah. The last day we met up with friends at Coon Beach to cool off! It was a special time for us all!

 

Recent Pictures of Kids

 Eli finished 4th grade, Asa finished 2nd grade, and Greta finished Kindergarten! It was an amazing school year! In the fall we will have a 5th grader, 3rd grader, and 1st grader!

Beginning of June

Last Friday Eli spent the night at Papa's house for some special time together. They went hiking, canoeing, they burned a bunch of brush, watched a movie, and enjoyed being together! Asa gets to spend the night at Papa's later on this month.

Papa took the kids on a hike when Brian and I went to see the new movie Top Gun Maverick.

We read this book aloud as a family and we all throughly enjoyed it!

On Monday we went with Grandpa and Grandma Bossany and Uncle Jason to Fawn-Doe-Rosa petting zoo. The kids loved seeing the baby animals, especially the fawns and baby goats. They enjoy feeding all of the animals. We love going to visit each spring!

Afterward, we went over for lunch at Grandpa and Grandma Bossany's house. It was a fun day!

The other day Greta had a great fishing trip!

Eli and Asa are LOVING their baseball season. It is a joy to cheer them on at their baseball games. The boys enjoy practicing in our backyard with neighbor friends Hans and Nels.
