Family Fun at the Children's Museum!

We had fun taking the boys to the Children's Museum this morning. They especially liked playing in the new "fix it" room.

I love this picture of the boys. They are getting warmed up after playing in the wading pool in the backyard

The boys love to swing together! They ask us to push them all the time. I look forward to the day when they can learn to pump!

The other day we were at a friend's house and Eli decided he wanted to climb the small apple tree. He is a good climber!

Daddy caught Eli a firefly at one of his
photography shoot sights. Eli enjoyed watching the bug light up.

The other day we watched the movie "Toy Story 3" with Eli. He was a little scared so he sat in the kitchen instead of the family room with us. He wanted to make a quick exit if he felt it was needed. We love our new carpet in the family room and basement!

Matching shirts for church and Father's Day

Father's Day was a good day. We all went to church and then after nap we met Papa, Nana, and Auntie Karen at Coon Lake to go swimming, canoeing, and barbecuing. Asa was willing to go in the canoe right away, Eli was nervous and took a lot more convincing. He did eventually go in the canoe. I will need to get pictures next time.

On Tuesday of this week we celebrated Father's Day with Grandpa, Grandma, and Uncle Jason. We met them at Fawn Doe Rosa petting zoo and then Eli got to go fishing with Grandpa during Asa's nap. Eli caught his first fish!

Grandma made these cute overalls for Asa

The other evening our friends Karin and Steve Jacobson took us strawberry picking on their farm. It was a beautiful evening for picking and the strawberries taste delicious!
