Auntie Kristi and Uncle David Visit

Auntie Kristi got back from her vacation and was excited to come meet Asa for the first time. Eli had fun bringing books to Uncle David for him to read to him.

Auntie Kristi and Asa

This is Eli's big boy room. It is safari animal themed. He is not sleeping in the big boy bed yet, he is still sleeping in his crib. We are going to make the transition slowly. Right now Asa is sleeping in our room in a Pack-n-play, which works great for the time being.

The Brothers

Eli did not want to stay still for very long, but we were able to get a quick picture of the boys laying down together. We will get more pictures of the boys together soon. Eli looks so big compared to Asa!

Look Who Is 1 Week Old!

Our Asa is already 1 week old. We are going to do the same growth comparison pictures that we did with Eli; only Asa gets to sit next to Tiger like Eli sits next to Pooh. It feels good to be home as a family of four and settling into a routine. Eli is getting used to having his little brother around. Brian and I are continuing to give Eli lots of attention so that he does not get jealous of his little brother. Someday they will be great friends and have fun playing together.

Welcome Asa!

We are so pleased to announce the arrival of our second son Asa Meyer Bossany born on August 20th, 2013. He weighed in at 8 pounds 5 ounces and was 21 and 1/2 inches long. It was a fairly quick labor and delivery. Everything went very well. We are so happy to add him to our family. It has been wonderful to spend some special time introducing him to both sides of our family. Asa is a great eater and a sweet little cuddle bug.
