Baby Shower Fun

On September 10th my sisters gave me a fun-filled baby shower. The weather was beautiful, so we were able to have it outside in my parent's backyard. My sisters had us play a variety of baby games; the group favorite was the pregnant balloon pop that we played at the shower a few weeks ago that my cousins gave me. We enjoyed it so much then, my sisters decided to play it again at this shower. It was so funny to see everyone quickly blowing up their balloons, putting them under their shirts, and then popping them quickly, relay style. It was a day filled with laughter, I am so thankful for loving family and friends like these. They ended the shower with a prayer time for Brian, the baby, and I. I feel so blessed.

Our New Home

We moved into our new home in Coon Rapids, MN on August 28th, 2011. We are getting settled in and are so excited to have our own place! The nursery is coming together quite nicley. We will post more pictures of the inside of the house once everything is settled. 

Baby Shower Given by Cousins

On August 19th, 2011 my cousins gave me a beautiful baby shower. It was compete with a delicous brunch, hilarious games, and lots of laughter! I love family!

Our First Baby

We found out the exciting news that we were expecting our first child at the end of Feburary 2011. Our baby boy is due on November 2nd 2011. We are so excited to meet him soon!

 In March Brian had a photography shoot in Hawaii, we made it into a delightful babymoon trip! We were there for 10 days and spent our time snorkeling, hiking, swimming, sailing, and exploring the island.

 

This was our favorite place to Snorkel in Oahu.  We swam with sea turtles and giant tropical fish through the coral reef.
